DBIA Rocky Mountain Region presents a panel discussion on HOW to deliver a successful design-build project. Through experience and education, our panel brings together the various perspective of a complete design-build team to discuss how leadership, collaboration and trust can be built and fostered on your next design-build project.

Our panel includes:

	Craig Watts, PE, Senior Principal, IMEG Corporation	Craig has had the privilege to collaborate with many talented industry partners to deliver creative and imaginative designs to projects ranging from award winning museums to world class destination resorts. He is a Past President of ACEC Colorado and served on the Advisory Board to the College Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering at the University of Wyoming. Craig enjoys working with senior students in the Architectural Engineering College at CU Boulder for their Capstone Design class. His passion is based on bringing long lasting value to his clients and industry partners through collaboration and innovation.
	Rebekah Gladson, FAIA, AUA, DBIA, President, XI-3	Rebekah has served on numerous private and charitable boards, providing thought changing insight within the management sphere of the design and construction industry. Rebekah is recognized as an industry speaker and has managed major capital projects, which included leading the charge in changing the way the State of California procured projects.
	Nick Naverud, Project Manager, PCL Construction	Nick brings more than 24 years of construction experience which has given him the knowledge of the fine details at all construction levels. His background includes construction surveying, field engineering, estimating, project engineering, LEED management, design build, quality control and project management on all types of projects from Tenant Improvements to Ground Up Construction working with Clients from the Private and Government Sectors. Nick has completed projects under the following delivery methods: Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMGC.
	Virginia McAllister RA, NCIDQ, NCARB, LEED AP, Principal-In-Charge, Iron Horse Architects	Virginia brings a wide variety of experience to aviation projects. She has managed large contract to multiple small task orders that run concurrently. Ms. McAllister has completed projects under the following delivery methods: P3, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMGC and CMAR. She oversees Iron Horse's DEN and United Airlines on-call contracts and understand the challenges our aviation clients face.
	Greg Gidez, AIA, FDBIA, LEED AP, Director of Design Services, Hensel Phelps	Greg Gidez has had a diverse career that has allowed him to work with the industry’s best professionals in the design and construction sectors. The 2011 Chairman of DBIA’s Board of Directors, Gidez has worked on design-build projects for nearly 30 years, including two DBIA Projects of the Year (2015, 2017).
