About Our Speaker: Will Toor, Colorado Energy Office: In 2019, Will Toor joined CEO as Executive Director appointed by Governor Polis. Previously, Will was Transportation Program Director at SWEEP, Boulder County Commissioner, Mayor of Boulder, chair of Denver Regional Council of Governments and Director of the University of Colorado Environmental Center. Governor Ritter appointed Will to the Transportation Funding and Implementation panel, the Governor's Climate Action Panel, and the Regional Air Quality Council. Governor Hickenlooper appointed him to the Air Quality Control Commission and the state O and G taskforce. Will holds a BS in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago.
