The Changing Dynamics of Income Planning
Phil Lubinski, CFP

It’s not your parent’s retirement.  The needs and responsibilities of today’s retirees have changed dramatically in just one generation.  Yet, many financial softwares are analyzing the same today as they did 30 yrs. ago.

During this webinar you will learn how the responsibility of wealth accumulation has shifted from a 3 legged stool to a wobbly 2 legged partnership.  Longevity is no longer a chronological difference, but instead a longevity gap.  Women are increasingly becoming the owner of a large percentage of American wealth.  Divorce settlements are no longer a simple division of assets, but more importantly an assessment of needs and an understanding of unique features different assets may have relative to income potential, taxation and wealth transfer.

Phil Lubinski, CFP has spent over 35 years as a financial advisor, serving almost exclusively retirement income planning clients. He was first to develop a ‘bucketing’ approach to income planning and has trained thousands of advisors from around the country on his strategy.  Phil has co-developed several fintech systems designed to help advisors create income plans for their clients.  After successfully transitioning his practice, he co-founded WealthConductor LLC and co-developed IncomeConductor, the best-in-class time-segmented income software. Phil serves as the firm’s Retirement Income Specialist, contributing his expertise in the areas of advisor training, case design consultation and software enhancements.
