Dealing with Problem Trainees: How do we help trainees that are struggling and how do we seal with trainees that are just, in general, difficult? Topics include how to recognize when a trainee is struggling, how to determine the source of the struggle and how to address the source of the struggle.
Remedial Training: How do we determine when remedial training is necessary and how to create remedial training programs that will help correct the problem. Topics include how to create
impactful remedial training programs, how to recognize when an employee needs remedial training, and how to properly document the remedial training process.
