Communication: Students will learn the most effective ways to communicate information to their staff and how to actually have that information be heard. Topics include how to improve your communication skills and how to improve your listening skills.
Critical Conversations: Learn how to have those difficult but necessary conversations with your staff, fellow supervisor and chain of command. Topics include talking through tough subjects, providing effective feedback, and having conversations when emotions are running high.

This is a live webinar and must be attended in-person to receive a certificate. Instructor-student interaction will be ongoing throughout the course, so students will be expected to not only be present, but also to participate just as they would in a face-to-face course.
