Join NWAFP as we bring together two seasoned retail treasury professionals to discuss state of the art retail cash management solutions and armored courier services.  Our panelists from Starbucks and T-Mobile US will bring their expertise overseeing a combined total of over 15,000 stores nationwide.   Learn from their perspective on the frustrating but ultimately necessary headache of handling cash at the frontline.  The panelists will discuss best practices, recent innovations and the future of cash in retail.

 
Panelists:
Andrew Teachout
Andrew is a 17-year Starbucks partner (employee), who has been working in treasury for the last 10 years. He oversees a small team that focuses on daily cash operations, including bank and armored car relationships and is involved in other payment methods such as bankcards and stored value. Andrew graduated form the University of Washington and currently holds a CTP certification

Susan Colross
Susan joined T-Mobile USA, Inc. as Director, Treasury Operations in 2013.  Her current responsibilities include operational banking, liquidity and cash management, investments, as well as treasury support for over 7,000 retail locations.
 
Susan has held corporate finance and treasury roles for over 30 years.  She began her career at Prudential working in its commercial real estate investment department.  She has also held positions in asset based lending for Lucent Technologies, Inc. and served as Assistant Treasurer for Cricket Communications, Inc. where she handled both treasury operations and corporate finance functions.
 
Susan holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University.
