Participants will walk away from this event with a sound understanding and knowledge of advocacy in relation to lobbying with legislators, legislative priorities and impacts, and issue advocacy. LPCANC is the only organization that lobbies on behalf of the entire clinical mental health counseling profession. The advocacy committee diligently works to share action alerts as bills are discussed. LPCANC values their members and the impact legislation has on LCMHC's.
