Scrap Yard Tours
Tours will be from 11:00am – 4:00pm (the last tour will begin at 4:00pm)

Parking will be available in a lot adjacent to Sadoff facility.  ALL tour participants must register.  Tours groups will leave every 20 minutes.  Up to 10 people per tour group.  PPE is required (Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Hi-Viz Vest, Close-Toed Shoes).  Tours will last approximately 30 minutes.  

Additional Information...

• Rain or shine – bring an umbrella in the case of rain
• PPE requirements – We encourage everyone to bring their own equipment due to COVID precautions.  Sadoff will provide disinfected PPE as needed

(This is a plated dinner, walk in guests cannot be accomodated.)

• CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA: Smoked Grände Provolone, Haricot Verts, Wild Mushroom Risotto
• GRILLED LEMON HERB SALMON: Roasted Broccoli, Wild Rice Pilaf
• BRAISED SHORT RIB: Wild Mushrooms, Red Wine Jus, Asparagus, Creamy Polenta

• 11:00am – 4:45pm Scrap Yard Tours (last group will depart the waiting area at 4:00pm)
• 4:30pm – 5:45pm – Cocktails/Appetizers at the Hotel Retlaw (cash bar)
• 5:45pm – 6:00pm - Sadoff Presentation
• 6:00m – 6:30pm – Dinner (cash bar available during dinner)
• 6:30pm – 7:30pm – AFS Annual Meeting Presentation/Old Timer Recognition
• 8:00pm Adjourn
