Design-Build Institute of America Rocky Mountain Region - Event Information
Hosted by Utah Chapter: Developing an Integrated Mindset
Developing an Integrated Mindset
Doing design-build done right takes more than just winning a design-build competition or signing a design-build contract. It takes a whole new mindset. In this session we will discuss:
What this new mindset looks like and the challenges associated with shifting from a segregated services mentality, to an integrated services mentality.
The skills and talents necessary to be successful on an integrated team.
Tips about how to lead, incentivize, and leverage such teams to get optimized results for the project and your clients.
