Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the 2021 Winter Convention will be online. All members & guests are welcome to register for the meeting, only 2 delegates from each club will be allowed to vote per our bylaws. In the registration you will be asked what club or organization you belong to and if you are a voting delegate. Delegate/Club verification will be completed prior to the meeting so make sure your club dues are paid. If you need help renewing your dues contact Jessica Allen, Membership Chairman at membership@pnw4wda.org . If you need help with registering for the meeting contact Angie Marek at sponsorship@pnw4wda.org . A few days prior to the meeting all registrants will be emailed the handouts and reports. If your club has an event flyer they would like to share please email it to Angie Marek at sponsorship@pnw4wda.org .

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. You will also receive reminders one day prior and one hour prior to the start of the meeting. If you are interested in running for a PNW4WDA office please be prepared to have someone nominate you at the appropriate time during the meeting.
