This annual civic leadership symposium presented by the Cleveland Leadership Center focuses on innovation: flipping your mindset, sparking new ways of doing things, and taking risks. Innovation goes far beyond technology. Once a way for organizations to set themselves apart, innovation is now a necessary survival skill for organizations.
You'll learn how to change your perspective, embrace failure, collaborate, and cultivate creativity to help you adapt and overcome challenges now and in the future. Spark: Grit to Great is for all those who know that the status quo will not get us where we want to go.
