During times of unrest and uncertainty, leaders want to say something.  Leaders want to do something.  And yet, leaders are halted by an even bigger desire – to say it right and do it right out of respect and care for others.  Let’s explore that.  In this leadership session, hosted and moderated by Terence Johnson and Nina Johnson with the J. W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, we will:
·       Examine sources of conflict
·       Review conflict management styles
·       Collaborate for authentic, compassionate leadership strategies on leading in conflict through difficult conversation
