Join NWAFP and Trevor Parris, Treasurer of Saltchuk as we discuss financing alternatives. This conversation will include discussions on the economics of debt, optimization of capital structure, financing partners, debt covenants and other related topics.
Trevor Parris is the Vice President and Treasurer of Saltchuk Resources, which is a holding company based in Seattle with approximately $2.5 billion in revenue from more than 20 operating companies. Saltchuk’s portfolio is built around a family of transportation businesses that serve Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. West Coast and Caribbean. In addition to more traditional VP of Finance responsibilities, Trevor is responsible for Saltchuk’s financing strategy, investor relations and assisting the company’s growth thru acquisitions. Trevor’s professional experience executing M&A and financing transactions began as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, and was primarily developed as a private equity investor at Freeman Spogli. Trevor received his B.A. in Science & Management from Claremont McKenna College and played for the NCAA golf team. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.
