About the Speaker ...
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources Joey brings expertise in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.  He also has an extensive background in human resources policy design and administration, workforce planning, compensation management and planning, succession planning, and organizational development.  Joey’s real-world knowledge of talent management strategies and practices makes him a valuable resource for clients. He provides human resources consulting for organizations of all sizes and types.  Joey acquired The H.S. Group on January 1st, 2018 after a 24 year career at Waupaca Foundry where he was Executive Vice President, Human Resources.  The H.S. Group was founded in 1967 in Green Bay and 50 years later still provides human resource consulting to companies of all size.  Joey’s industry affiliations include past president of Wisconsin Cast Metals Association, current president of Foundry Educational Foundation, past chair of the AFS HR division and past chair of  the American Foundry Society Northeast Wisconsin Chapter.
