ABOUT THE PRESENTATION | The Pulse of the Scrap Market
What moves the ferrous scrap market?  What are the key drivers and why are they so hard to predict?  Get an inside look at what the scrap market looks like from the supplier's perspective.  The night's presentation will also include a review of the alloys in the scrap stream; what are they finding and where it goes from here.  Lastly, you'll hear about the supply and quality issues scrap suppliers face.  Learn where scrap is generated from, and how it moves through the process to the foundry.
