During this session, Sai Krishna will discuss how JPMorgan Chase & Co. is using emerging technologies to enhance the firm’s bank office operations, reduce risk and increase efficiency, allowing JPMorgan Chase to provide the best solution set to their corporate and retail clients. Sai will focus his presentation on the firm’s use of robotics and bots, machine learnings, and artificial intelligence and will end with a short demo of Robotic Process Automation.

Executive Director (Operations) with 20 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations that involved leading ‘Change the Bank ’initiatives – transforming Operations through Technology solutions (including Robotics and Machine learning), leading ‘Run the Bank’ initiatives – Offshoring Strategy, Resiliency, Moving up the value chain, Controls framework and People agenda. Led Centers of Excellence across Payment processing, Trade finance and Global Strategic Change management teams.
Currently as the Robotics lead for Banking Operations, Sai Krishna is responsible for opportunity identification, solution design and delivery of Robotics implementations globally for Banking Ops. Delivered automated solutions across Trade payments, KYC, Reconciliations, MIS automation, Client services, Reference data set up and Payment investigations through Digitization initiatives involving Data extraction, Data validation, Robotics process automation, CHAT BOTs and Machine learning solutions
Earlier, he led Operational teams across Trade finance, Payments and was associated with several business transformational projects from operations involving consent order led initiatives, STP initiatives and new branches build out.
