NEW as of August, 2024, the WSAMA Conference Registration Fee and Refund Policy:
- Conference registration cut-off is seven business days prior to the start date of the conference. Individuals who register after that date will be charged a $75 administrative fee.
- WSAMA will refund the registration fee for cancellations of conference registrations received at least seven business days in advance of the conference start date, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- WSAMA will not refund the registration fee for cancellations of conference registrations received less than seven business days in advance of the conference start date, except for extenuating circumstances as approved by the Secretary-Treasurer.
WSAMA Members: $350
Non-Members: $550
Late WSAMA Members: $425
Late Non-Members: $625

Payments:
Credit card payments will be charged a 4% merchant fee for all payments and refunds. Check payments are no longer accepted. Please contact admin@wsama.org for questions.
Split Payments:
Split payments are no longer an option upon check out. If possible, please request reimbursement from your agency and if that is not an option, we will need to process the payments manually. Please email 'Ula Kamaka, WSAMA admin at admin@wsama.org if split payments are necessary.
