Fee: $75
In partnership with WCMA, the Northwest Women’s Leadership Academy (NWWLA) invites you to the second annual Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS26). All are welcome to join us for a morning of leadership development, connection, and practical learning designed for local government professionals at every stage of their careers.
This year’s theme, Rooted. Respected. Resilient., will focus on staying rooted in public service values, building organizations where all feel respected, and learning strategies to be more resilient to navigate complex challenges. Through collaborative discussions and leadership insights, the Summit supports leaders in sustaining future-ready workplaces, building networks to achieve career goals, and serving our communities exceptionally.
The Summit features Leadership Lab: Authority, Boundaries, and Making Hard Calls, presented by Kellye Mazzoli, City Boss Coaching (former Deputy City Manager, City of Bothell). This interactive workshop will help leaders strengthen judgment and navigate complex challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Participants will also enjoy Superpowers & Sidekicks: How Executive Leaders Leverage Different Strengths for Better Outcomes, a dynamic panel featuring City Managers/Administrators and Deputies who will share how complementary leadership styles and diverse perspectives contribute to stronger decision-making, more effective partnerships, and better organizational outcomes.
Together, these sessions offer practical tools, fresh insights, and opportunities to connect with peers.
