Every year we have this special event for the maintenance staffs that work hard for us throughout the year.

The winning maintenance team carries home the coveted “traveling trophy” until the next Maintenance Open.

Last year we had 21 teams play at its annual host site at Forrest Greens GC. We are looking forward to your course participating again this year.

Vendors feel free to sign up and build your own 4 man team or we will get you paired up.

REMINDER the GWGCSA app is the “encouraged” way to sign up and pay for your entry fees and the link is attached to this email.

For those having any issues with accessing the GWGCSA app, please send an email to gwgcsa@gmail.com and we will get you the needed information so you can sign up and pay for the event. No worries if your club is providing a check day of the event as we will have Board members there to check you in and receive payment from your players. We do ask that you “RSVP” by July 11, 2024 so we can provide Forrest Greens GC with an accurate number of attendees.
