Presenter: Jamie LaRue is author of “The New Inquisition: Understanding the Managing Intellectual Freedom Challenges” (Libraries Unlimited, 2007). He has won various awards: Colorado Librarian of the Year, Castle Rock Businessperson of the Year, the Julie Boucher (boo-SHAY) Intellectual Freedom Award, and Colorado Association of Libraries’ Career Achievement Award. Director of the Douglas County (Colo.) Libraries for 23 years, he is now a full-time thought leader (writer, speaker, consultant).
