Complicated Nuances of Grey Divorce: The Perfect Storm?

Gray divorce is what many boomers face. Among U.S. adults over age 50, the divorce rate has more than doubled since 1994. Contrary to expectations, long term marriages are not immune and the largest increase (55%) is in first time marriages of over 20 years. The gray divorce phenomenon is much examined because of its impact on the economy and on younger generations.

In this fun, high-energy, focused retreat we will use a case study to tease out a multitude of issues, challenges, nuances within the laws, conflicts of what’s in the client’s best interests, and practice risks we all encounter. Our retreat uses this case study to segue into exceptional presentations from experts on many of the complex case issues in the subsequent days. You will be exposed to profound tactical perspectives and creative strategies that will open the door for learning and building your skill set. We will rapidly shift you into becoming a deep thinker and better communicator. We will help you learn what you must do to move your practice forward and achieve superior execution of your tasks. 

Approved for a total of 13.5 CEU's for all three (3) days for CFP and IDFA. You must report yourself to IDFA and our sheets will be used to verify attendance. We will report to CFP. So be sure to complete the CE attendance verification forms presented during each class.
