Description:The 96th MWEA Annual Conference has many opportunities to help advertise and grow your business!

Sponsorship opportunities range from $100- $3,000 and include signage, info slides on the conference slideshow, listing in the MWEA website and conference page, golf scramble hole sponsors, bonfire sponsors, and more! View the Sponsorship Opportunities and the Sponsorship Contract.  (Great Lakes and Lake Superior levels are full)

Exhibit Night takes place on Monday, June 28th only, from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. The MWEA 96th Annual Conference Exhibit Night will be held behind the Civic Center in a large tent with sides. Additional lighting has been secured to adequately light the space. Aisles will be one way and attendees will sign up for Exhibit Night time shifts in order to comply with current capacity restrictions for outdoor events.  

NEW for 2021: Attendees will receive a "passport" instead of tickets to enter the door prize drawing. Provide a question for the passport that requires a one or two word answer - attendees must answer all questions to be eligible for the drawing. Use the question to highlight a fun fact about your company or a new product or service!

We will have the Whova APP again with an interactive exhibitor map and sponsor listing - increased exposure for your company.  The information collected on your registration will be directly uploaded to the app and will appear exactly as you enter it.  MWEA will not be responsible for incorrect information.

Exhibit Booth Pricing 
Early registration: $590 paid in full by April 2, 2021
Regular registration: $630 paid in full from April 2 – May 14, 2021
Late registration: $730 paid in full after May 15, 2021
**Limit of one booth per company due to 2021 capacity restrictions. Only 25 booths available.


Cost to Exhibit Outside for Full Conference – (Includes space for exhibits/equipment will be placed outside the Entrance of the Civic Center from Sunday, June 27 – Wednesday, June 30) limit of 3: $1300
