The Wastewater Administrators Conference (WWAdCon) is a gathering of senior wastewater administrators, superintendents and operators from throughout Michigan. This year's conference consists of a 2-day event with technical sessions each day, beginning with a Virtual Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. Additionally, there will be an awards ceremony on Thursday evening. Due to continuing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, WWAdCon 2021 will be a virtual event. We have had a long waiting list the past few years, so we are excited to offer a virtual option for the dual purpose of opening the conference to those who could not previously attend or would not be able to attend in person this year due to travel restrictions.

The Bavarian Inn Lodge will be taking all reservations directly with a special price for WWAdCon Attendees. If you wish to stay at the hotel for the conference, you must call the hotel directly at 855-652-7200 or reserve your rooms online with group code #1330VB to arrange your room for those nights.

GOLD Level $550:
  •  Everything included in the Silver & Bronze levels, plus: 
  • Wednesday Evening Virtual Happy Hour sponsor that includes highlighted recognition in conference brochure 
  • A $100 discount on one conference registration, simply enter promo code GOLDSPONSOR on the first page of your attendee registration or fill out the form on next page. 
  • 60 second commercial (live update or recorded video) on one day of the virtual sessions. 
  • Logo on welcome slide for virtual sessions.
SILVER Level $300:
  • Everything included in the Bronze Level, plus: 
  • Ability to put promo materials on a sponsor display table (about 2’ x 2’ space) available throughout the conference 
  • A $50 discount on one conference registration, simply enter promo code SPONSOR50 on the first page of your attendee registration or fill out the form on next page. 
  • 90 seconds to promote your company to conference attendees during in-person sponsor updates (Thursday, January 21st – MWEA will assign slots before the conference.) 
  • 30-second commercial (live update or recorded video) on one day of the virtual sessions.  
  • One slide included in the virtual event slideshow. 
  • Opportunity to host a virtual info session or mixer (on your platform of choice)
BRONZE Level $150:
