Event Description
Make plans to join us for the 96th Anniversary of the MWEA Annual Conference!!   The conference begins with a Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, June 27th.  The opening session is on the morning of Monday, June 28th, and the program concludes on Wednesday, June 30th at noon.

LODGING INFORMATION AVAILABLE HERE!   Your hotel reservations also include your meals.  (Note: Meals are not included with the conference registration.)

Conference rates do NOT include lodging and meals.  Meals are included with your Boyne room registration.  If you are NOT staying at Boyne Mountain, meal tickets can be purchased with your registration.

GUESTS
We are excited to be able to open up guest registration for the following events: 
• Paddle with Purpose, Sunday, June 27th
• Welcome Reception, Sunday, June 27th
• Exhibit Night, Monday, June 28th
• Awards Luncheon, Tuesday, June 29th (one guest per award winner)
• Leadership Celebration, Tuesday, June 29th (one guest per award winner)
Guests MUST register in advance to attend. The deadline for Guest Registration is Wednesday, June 23rd at close of business. *Walk-ins for meals and events cannot be guaranteed.

MEALS
Attendees: If you are staying in the MWEA Room Block, Meals are included with your room rate. If you are staying OUTSIDE the MWEA Room Block, you may add meals to your registration. Please contact the MWEA Office to purchase meals.** 

Guests: If you are staying OUTSIDE the MWEA Room Block or registered for Single Occupancy with a room inside the MWEA Room Block, you may purchase meals with your registration.**

Meals Available: Breakfast ($25), Lunch ($23), & Dinner ($39) beginning with Dinner on Sunday, June 27th and ending with Lunch on Wednesday, June 30th.
    
Meals MUST be purchased in advance.
The deadline to purchase additional meals is Wednesday, June 23rd at close of business. *Walk-ins for meals and events cannot be guaranteed.
