Event Description
Co-sponsored by MiWARN together with:
Over 500 individuals from the water community in Michigan came together on 5 regional calls the week of March 23rd to understand how best to sustain operations during the coronavirus outbreak. Participants reviewed a new COVID-19 Sustaining Operations checklist, heard from colleagues about challenges and solutions they’ve come up with, and heard more about MI-WARN’s role during states of emergency.

We want to provide an opportunity for updates on this second round of calls.  Agenda includes:
-    Coronavirus stats in Michigan update
-    Executive Order Update
-    EGLE Water Resources Division Update
-    EGLE Drinking Water Division Update
-    Impact of shutdown on revenue for water and wastewater
-    Impact on staffing or supplies yet
-    PPE and testing availability

Instead of breaking the calls out by region, we are offering 2 calls, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon.  Signup for both, or whichever is better for your schedule.  It doesn't matter what region you are in, you can join either call.

This virtual meeting is free and you can participate from anywhere (registration is required because capacity is limited to 300 attendees per call)
