Northwest AFP’s February webinar will cover capital structure. Whether an issuer is a private, public or governmental entity, capital structure is pivotal to any organization’s strategy. It is the lifeline to an organization’s ability to operate and invest. Capital structure can be very simple or extremely complex. There are many strategic and economic considerations when determining the optimal capital structure, in addition to the multitude of products and options across the spectrum of debt to equity.  In this session, we will layout universe of capital raise and funding levers, business considerations, structuring techniques and related financial impact.

Featured speakers:
Rahul Modi is currently the Assistant Treasurer at T-Mobile and leads its capital markets transactions. In this role, he has executed over $40B transactions and was most recently involved in designing the capital structure for the T-Mobile- Sprint merger.
 
Scott Kang spent several years advising companies executing capital raising, derivatives & hedging transactions. In addition, he spent five years with General Electric’s Global Corporate Treasury and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. Today, he leads a talented team at T-Mobile accounting for device sales and financing products.
