HOTEL INFORMATION

Hilton Garden Inn in Kitty Hawk

Room rate: $139 per night (until April 15, 2019)

NCAVA has a block of 60 rooms for Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16. The Hilton Garden Inn will honor the $139/night room beginning May 13, 2019 based on availability. Reservations for dates prior or post conference, will need to be made by calling the hotel directly. After April 24, or once the block is full, the Hilton cannot guarantee the rate of $139/night.

*All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges.
