Join NWAFP in a panel discussion with three local companies focused on Forecasting from both a cash and FP&A perspective. Learn how they deal with volatility in the market, changing needs in the business and plan for strategic initiatives. We will discuss how they manage their forecasting cycles, how often the forecasts are updated or created, how they determine if the information is reliable and/or accurate. In addition, we will learn how companies best request and receive inputs from the rest of the business, all while trying to keep in line with forecasts being created from a tops down perspective.
