Our diverse genetics and life experiences make the structure of our brains and thinking different from each other, just like fingerprints. How can we consistently use our “mental diversity” for creative and productive purposes? The Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, HBDI, is a useful tool that helps people identify their preferred thinking style and value others’ styles.
In this program, people will discover the profound influence that their “personal thinking preferences” have on their communications, relationships, leadership, creativity, strategies and results. Participants will discover crucial differences and similarities in “preferences” between themselves and others that often stare them in the face yet go unnoticed. You’ll have the opportunity to complete the assessment in advance of the program, to maximize your learning.
Teamwork and Collaboration. Realize the importance of “valuing differences” and how “valuing differences” and how crucial it is to personal adaptability and creativity. Learn how to integrate “mentally diverse” teams in order to improve collaboration and problem solving.
Communications. Learn how to adapt language, listening and emotions to people who think differently in different situations.
Relationships. Discover thinking and behaviors of yours and others that can innocently cause conflict and breakdowns in cooperation, and what to do about it.
