Over half of corporate projects are delivered overbudget, overdue and fail to fulfill the business objectives they originally set out to achieve.  Often the difference between a successful and a failed project can rest entirely on the effectiveness of the project management and change management.   In this session, we’ll get a primer on project and change management concepts that can help improve the success rate of your treasury projects.
