Since 1971, the Pacific NW 4 Wheel Drive, Region 1,
as been gathering at the Ocean Shores are the 3rd weekend
of September to clean up Washington State beaches. Volunteers
usually camp together and Saturday morning, begin
combing the beaches to pick up trash and other left behind
items.
There will be a lunch sponsored by PNW R1, more
clean up, then a Parade of Rigs through town. The Timber
Tamers will sponsor a dinner, followed by a raffle, and bon
fire!
This year we will all be staying at the Tidelands Campground.
Call Dave 360-289-8963 to reserve your camp spot
for RV or tent. BE SURE TO TELL HIM YOU ARE RESERVING
FOR OCEAN SHORE PATROL!
We are making every effort to bring this event back to
it’s former glory, of over 250 vehicles cleaning up the WA
Beaches. Last year we had over 100 people volunteers to
clean up.
