Event Description

You can process every scene with confidence by utilizing the CALM Method! This course focuses on four essential pillars for success in the field: Communication, Assertiveness, Leadership, and Mindfulness.

Through real-world insight and practical guidance, participants will learn how to navigate high-stress crime scenes, communicate effectively with law enforcement partners, confidently use their voice in critical situations, and develop leadership qualities that strengthen scene management and team collaboration.

This webinar also emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and post-scene reflection, helping investigators evaluate performance, process difficult experiences, and continue growing both professionally and personally. The CALM Method provides investigators with tools to improve not only their effectiveness on scene, but also their resilience and confidence throughout their careers.
