In this session, we’ll explore the basic structure of the Enneagram, as well as a look at the passions, virtues, traps, and avoidances of each type.

The Enneagram, a powerful typology and ancient wisdom tool, provides a map of how each of us organizes our own identity. When used in coaching, it can help your clients see how they keep themselves trapped in self-fulfilling patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior.

In this session, we’ll explore the basic structure of the Enneagram, as well as a look at the passions, virtues, traps, and avoidances of each type.

Participants will have a chance to explore their own type in conversation with each other, and will leave with several coaching prompts to use in developmental exploration with clients.
