This course is designed to prepare current and aspiring supervisors of Evidence Units. This webinar will take attendees through how to effectively, professionally, and ethically run an Evidence Division. It focuses on leadership principles, operational management, legal responsibilities, as well as quality assurance. Participants will develop the skills needed to manage bulk evidence, support investigative objectives, maintain evidence integrity, and build high-performing teams. Students will learn how to: Ensure proper evidence handling and documentation standards Maintain quality control and compliance with legal requirements Communicate effectively with command staff, investigators, and prosecutors.
