Event Description
This two day class is an intermediate class that is a followup to our well received class, Demystifying Testifying. In this second class, attendees take the next step and start introducing evidence and giving detailed information to a jury. Additionally the attendees are introduced to cross examination with much time spent on what to expect from defense attorneys and how a witness can protect themself and thier integrity during cross examination. Students will receive an email after they register, requesting copies of reports from 2 closed cases that they will be testifying too in class.
