2026 FASFAA Annual Conference Call for Proposals

Here’s a chance to share your expertise with the FASFAA membership! The Conference Committee is diligently preparing for the upcoming 2026 FASFAA Annual Conference. We are getting ready to set sail, and we are saying Welcome Aboard on this journey of financial aid.  The conference will highlight regulatory changes, compliance, implementation of student aid programs, professional development, and tools to assist student financial aid professionals. 
 
If you’re interested in presenting or leading a panel discussion on your own unique topic, submit your session proposal online by Friday, January 9, 2026.  Please use the link provided to submit your proposal or let me know directly if you are willing and able to present.  Selected presenters will be notified as quickly as possible.
 
Proposals must be submitted by Friday, January 9, 2026.
Proposal Guidelines are outlined below. Priority will be given to sessions that:

• Appeal to more than one sector/audience segment of financial aid and enrollment management professionals.
• Provide for ample audience interaction.
• Highlight collaborative work, partnerships and advocacy.
• Are evidenced-based and data-driven.

Proposals Guidelines & Requirements

• Contact Information
• Title of Presentation
• Brief summary accurately describing your presentation. This abstract will be included in the conference program if your presentation is accepted by the program committee.
• Type of Session: Individual presentation, group presentation, or panel discussion
• Length of time requested for the presentation (60, 75, or 90 min)
• Brief biographical sketch of each presenter

• Directors Summit: December 9^th – 10^th, 2025.  Register by November 21, 2025!
• New and Mid-Level Aid Officer Workshop – March 11-13, 2026
