Please report to our AFSA representative in the OFCU Parking lot in front of Albertsons off of 10th street.
Check in time will start at 5:00PM. The parade will start at 6:00PM. Once you have checked in please proceed to the designated spot you are given. We will be giving out placements as you show up, in a first come first serve basis. If any entry has a horse/animal entry, you, the participant, will need to provide a “pooper scooper” person behind their formation.
ABSOLUTELY NO ITEMS WILL BE THROWN (YOU MAY WALK OUT AND HAND ITEMS TO THE ATTENDEES).

Any hard copies can be dropped off or faxed to the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce. If a motorized vehicle is to be utilized, you must have a copy of your insurance card, in accordance with New Mexico State statutes. By submitting this entry form, all parties agree that the sponsors and/or organizers of this parade are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by you or anyone riding or walking in this parade. CHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST ride or walk, not both, and must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
