Circle of Security Parenting Support Group
Parenting is tough—parenting while serving, or after service, comes with unique challenges. Learn practical parenting strategies to: Strengthen your bond with your child, Better understand your child’s needs and behaviours, build calm, secure routines (even in high-stress times), and gain confidence in your role as a parent. Your service was about protecting others—now it’s time to fortify your family. Limited spots available—sign up today and give your parenting the support it deserves.
Two group session times available.
• Mondays at 1900hrs EST, starting January 5th.

• Thursdays at 0930hrs EST, starting January 8th.
This support group meets virtually each week for 10-weeks.
