Fortify the Mind Men's Group
Sign up now for this 10-week support group focused on providing psychotherapy rooted in lived service and medical expertise to strengthen the minds and lives of Canada’s active and retired CAF members and RCMP.

Whether you’re navigating transition, dealing with trauma, or simply looking to connect, we’re here to walk that path with you. Where military experience meets clinical expertise to deliver care that understands and supports our veterans and service members.

Strong minds. Strong lives. Strong bonds.  

Two session times available:
  • Wednesdays at 1300hrs EST, starting January 7th. 
    or
  • Thursdays at 1900hrs EST, starting January 8th
This support group meets virtually each week for 10-weeks.
