Non-Member Physcian: $395
Non-Member Over 65+: $295
UOS Member Resident/Fellow: $150
Non-Member UOS Resident/Fellow: $250
Technicians will register through IJCAHPO.
Registration Deadlines:
You can register up to an on the day of the event.
Cancelations/Refunds:
A written notice must be received no later Dec. 22, 2025, for a refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued after Dec. 22, 2025. Participant substitutions can be made up to that date.
