Reese Koffler-Stanfield is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist. She is a USDF Certified Instructor through Fourth Level. You may know Reese as the host of the Dressage Radio Show, the official podcast of the USDF.

Reese Koffler Stanfield is a lifelong horsewoman, born and raised in Kentucky. She has competed in the sport of Dressage since early childhood, working her way up through USDF Youth programs, including the Advanced Young Rider Program. During her Young Rider career, she earned several international medals while representing the United States and Region II. Reese attended the College of Agriculture at the University of Kentucky, earning a BS in Agricultural Economics. She also earned an MA in International Commerce from the prestigious Patterson School of International Diplomacy and Commerce at the University of Kentucky. Alongside her studies, Reese maintained her International High Performance Dressage riding career and also spent two years at a prominent German facility where she became fluent in German! Is there anything she can’t do?!

An established Grand Prix competitor, Reese has earned her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals, as well as her Gold Freestyle Bar as she has continued her journey up the ranks of International dressage. Thanks to her background, Reese possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make her a fantastic fit as a Ride iQ coach. She is a USDF Certified Instructor through Fourth Level and has also been selected to ride in the Hilltop Young Horse Trainers Conference.

Reese’s training and experience from junior rider through high performance competition give her great empathy for her students during the learning process. She enjoys riding, training, and coaching students and horses of all levels to help them reach their fullest potential!

The NEDA Know How webinar series runs every Thursday evening from 7:30pm-8:30pm in January, February, and March.

NEDA Know How is a nationally award-winning virtual webinar series that runs every Thursday evening in January, February, and March. Run through Zoom, participants are muted, but can ask questions in the platform's chat feature, allowing the NEDA moderators to pass the questions along to our speakers for answers to your challenges and questions.

The goal of the webinar is to bring our membership a variety of prolific speakers aiming to increase:
  • knowledge of best practices and opportunities in the dressage industry,
  • opportunities to query those working in the dressage industry regarding cutting-edge advancements or best-quality educational standards, and
  • knowledge of how their aspirations are impacted by others' work in the dressage community or the equine industry.
