We are excited to invite you to join the Elevate: Mountain West Principal Collaborative, a new professional learning network designed to connect, inspire, and strengthen school leaders across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
This collaborative is built around the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (NPBEA, 2015) and will provide a supportive space for principals to learn from one another, explore best practices, and grow as leaders in ways that directly impact students and school communities.
Our purpose is clear: to elevate leadership by focusing on the principles that matter most—mission, vision, values, equity, instructional leadership, and continuous improvement. Each month, we will gather virtually to learn, share, and collaborate as a regional community of school leaders committed to excellence.
We are honored to begin this journey together and look forward to your voice, your perspective, and your leadership being part of this work.
This program is FREE for all principals from Mountain West States
For those unable to attend live, the session will be recorded and shared with each state association director.
Future meetings will take place on the third Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. MST:
