What started in 2022 as an idea to highlight our talented local food trucks, has quickly grown into one of the largest and most anticipated events in Otero County, doubling in size each year.
This one-day festival brings together a delicious lineup of food trucks from all over New Mexico, alongside local craft vendors, beer and distilled spirits from our local brewery/distilleries, an exciting kids zone, live music, and a live DJ to keep the energy high all day long.
Before gates open to the public at 12 PM, each food truck prepares a specialty dish to compete in a judged battle—featuring a panel of culinary experts, including chefs from across the state and even a Michelin-starred guest.
Join us from 12 PM to 6 PM and experience the flavors, fun, and community spirit that make this event a must-attend every year!
