True Friendships Learning Session

This session will be an opportunity to learn more about building friendships and is designed for individuals with disabilities, parents, siblings, and family members. The session will help people with disabilities and their families explore using the LifeCourse Framework as a guide to expanding social connections. Agenda will include:

• Foundational concepts​
• Identifying useful tools​
• Framework and tools in action​
