Event Description
Did you ever walk into a room and forget why you did? Or not been able to remember somebody’s name? Or forget the only-three items on your grocery list? You know, the normal kinds of mind blips that drive you crazy and make you worry if you’re suffering from Alzheimer’s or something.
Memory issues such as forgetting where you put your keys are normal, of course, but there are strategies that can help you remember things like this. Join us on September 24 to learn different techniques and strategies that will help improve your retention and recall. Learn how to improve your ability to remember names, places and events. Walk away with methods for remembering where you left your glasses, keys or other items.
Holly Stewart, Executive Director of Seagrass Village of Daphne, will be the speaker of this very informative session. There will be exercises and brain games to help you understand why this happens and what you can do to prevent it. Plan on a fun and interactive session.
Session will be limited to the first 40 participants, so register early.
