They help issue licenses for all locations in their division that sell alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and consumable hemp products. The inspectors then regulate and investigate those licensed premises to ensure compliance with Title 28 and Code of Alabama 20. Inspector Butler covers Cullman and Blount County. Inspector Fowler covers Morgan and Limestone County. Inspector Heaton covers Etowah County. All three inspectors work together to cover Madison County.\n\nThey will review the rules and regulations pertinent to the hospitality industry, specifically to ensure licensees/employees remain in compliance with the ABC Board. They will be sure to also highlight common non-compliance issues we have seen recently. They will also briefly go over the Responsible Vendor Program, including what it is, its benefits, and how to apply. The new regulations issued last year regarding nicotine vapes and consumable hemp products will be reviewed.
