Pam Peters will present the "inner workings" of the matrix system and demonstrate how small changes in the matrix can affect how many and which students get identified. She will also present some action steps you can take to test and improve your matrices. \n\nPam Peters has a PhD in Educational Psychology focused on both Gifted Education and Educational Measurement from the University of Connecticut. Her dissertation was a study of the measurement aspects of gifted identification matrices.
