Description:
Chaired by Trudy Hamilton the workgroup is tasked to develop an operational strategic plan for the continued growth and development of AL!VE. The plan focuses upon the next three to five years to continue building a foundation for the organization.
Details:
Key Elements/Primary Work:
•Develop a “Glossary of Terms” for strategic planning so all members are operating with the same definitions
•Encourage teams to submit their work plans, and integrate those plans into an overall strategic plan
Preferred interests and Skills:
•Ability to create and articulate vision based on input from the Board of Directors and members
•Passion for the success of AL!VE as an organization to serve those who expand the capacity of organizations by utilizing volunteers.
•Experience in strategic planning
•Ability to negotiate, communicate and find solutions through diplomacy
•Flexibility, diplomacy and restraint
Dates:
Meeting Schedule: Currently on hiatus
Time Commitment: One phone call per week when in action mode 6 hours per month
