Description:
Chaired by Shirley Conger, the committee provides oversight of policies, procedures and practices related to AL!VE paid and unpaid staff and any collaboration/partnership agreements
Details:
Key Elements/Primary Work:
•Develop a policy and procedure manual for the volunteer component of AL!VE including the Board, committees, and regional activities.
•Develop a policy and procedure manual for the salaried and/or contracted component of AL!VE including all human resource considerations.
•Oversee and support the work of the Partnership/Collaboration Work Group
•Review all AL!VE policies to ensure conformity and consistency of policies and procedures.
Preferred interests and Skills:
•Experience in writing policy and procedure
•Interest in risk management
Dates:
Meeting Schedule: 2nd and 4th Monday at 12 PT 1 MT 1 CT 3ET
Time Commitment: 6 to 8 hours/month until a policy manual is completed
