To advance Pennsylvania's juvenile justice mission, the committee for Reducing Ethnic Disparities (RED) is committed to engaging juvenile justice partners to ensure that fundamental fairness, equity, and inclusion are sustained as cornerstones of our system. The committee endeavors to reduce ethnic disparities in the juvenile justice system through stakeholder engagement, examination of county and state-wide data, and through dissemination of information regarding the use of evidence-based and promising practices that may significantly impact reductions in disparities for youth of color.
